Finally!! Reached my goal weight today😊

I still have much work to do to get more muscle tone and to MAINTAIN...but I thank the Good Lord 🙏 and my wonderful support team here on FS💙🌷💙🌷💙

@Wifey...I actually started watching my weight in about June of 2021, when my weight was over 190. Started here on FS in August (after being on the Noom program for a couple of months). Once I landed here....my journey seemed so much easier! Because of the comradery, the banter, the suggestions, the photos, the humor, the recipes...and the unmistakable feeling that this group of people truly & honestly care about each other💙🌷🙏

@JB...I highly recommend to our newbies here on FS to take photos along the way. There's not always 'good news' on the scales...but the measuring tape and the progress photos can make a profound difference along the journey. Thanks SO MUCH for your kind comments today🌷💙

Congratulation! Wishing you the best on maintenance - that's where I always fail. It's often so motivating to reach the weight loss goal, but the next step is tricky. Luckily there are numerous people here on FS who have been successful with maintaining.

@Fritzy...I would greatly appreciate any & all advice from those in the maintenance phase!! I'd really like to give myself a +/- 5 pound 'wiggle room' range and start SLOWLY increasing both my exercise and cals. Thanks for your words of encouragement💙
