Hallo kak..ak workoutnya dumbel utube nama chanelnya 'eh olahraga yuk',kadang sepedahan 15-20km,kalau pas males banget jalan kaki kelilingbkomplek 5KM. Ak cuma off dihari minggu. Minimal kebuang kalori 350.
