It only takes a moment to undo the good you did. The increase in weight is not even any sugar or anything. Just too much of a good thing. My biggest problem is portion sizes. And this is what happens when you forget to track (or too lazy to). So back to square one. Stop the spiral today. 😢😢

It's not so bad. You've done so well already! Tracking food and using a food scale has really helped me. Before using a food scale I drastically misjudged how much the food I was eating weighed.
