Well, I ran/jogged a 5k on Sunday and my time was 33:54! For me, that is really good. I am still wondering if they had the course marked too short or started the clock a couple of minutes late! haha. My weight is doing weird stuff lately! I was down three days in a row at the end of April and Saturday morning it was 143.4(I checked it like 5 times) and then BAM! Sunday morning I was at 145.4 even with a pretty good day Saturday. What gives? So, I am really looking forward to getting below that 143.4 here soon. This morning I was still 145.4. I don't get too hung up on the daily fluctuations, but that one has me wondering what the deal is?
