yeah. in my day we didn't wear bike helmets are raw dough weekly and had slides and monkey bars 10' tall and all steel. and we rode in the front seat of the pickup with no car seats. ,👍

Yup... HeBrewZ and road in the back of the Pickup too. Don't know if we were brave or stupid. Kinda leaning towards the latter. LOL!

Oh yeah. Those were the days. The old 77 f150 with the plastic seats and chrome seat belt buckles that were blazing hot in the sun.

We rode in the way back of our station wagon also with no seat belts...raw cookie dough is always good!!

OMG I ❤️ that we're from the same generation!! I remember all these things too, plus riding on the very back of a convertible, where the top goes into the back - on July 4th to watch fireworks. No seatbelts or helmets & we turned out fine! 🤪 🤣 yes Sly, I'm leaning towards stupid too! lol

My excuse for not doing my annual "Kids Christmas Cookie Cook Off" this year was "raw cookie dough, bad for little ones". Parents brought Pillsbury Eat Raw or Bake Cookie dough! This is very real! I still have a tube frozen in the back of the freezer! (Well, ya never know when a "little one" will show up wanting to bake! Gotta love those little ones!!! :-)

Happy Easter Princess! Please remember that achieving goals is a mind game. Of course it takes discipline and sacrifice, but it is in your mind that you will find victory. You are a human being and you are no better or worse than any of us in the way you eat. But, think about the message you are giving yourself. Would you say those things to someone you love if that person was struggling? How do we help others succeed? By beating them down? Of course not. Have you considered sitting down and writing out your goals, and creating a plan to achieve those goals. And not including one negative term in those plans, not one. I want. I can. I will. I shall.
