@Fia Nurfiani caranya cukup ekstrim kalau belum terbiasa nahan lapar sii 😂. Aku mikirnya selagi banyak tumpukan lemak. Maka tubuh akan bakar lemak kalau kalori harian ga nyampai bmr (ada penjelasan di yt aderay)... Aku makan di angka 800an kalori😂😂 sahur ckup air putih atau ga kopi + fiber creem + sweetener. Tp emang sblm puasa ku udh bolak balik defisit kalori hehe
