My usual breakfast (keto yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut, egg) plus some cheese, veggies, and coffee with a little almond milk.

I got a part time job delivering mattresses and it’s very heavy work 🥵 on top of lifting weights 3x a week! 💪
