The DVD I have has warm up stretches - active yoga - then cool down stretches in the 45 min workout. My heart rate does increase in the middle but buy the end I'm quite relaxed. It probably depends on the individual. I could sleep anytime...all I have to do is lay down and I'm asleep! In the beginning and end of my DVD I'm yawning so I think it would work for you. Check and see if your local library has any Yoga DVD's to check out before you invest in one or tape one off of one of the early morning fitness shows. Maybe it's all the coffee your drinking that is keeping you awake and not your walk!! LOL!
