Feeling good today - down to 192!! BIG Challenge this week - conference for 4 days. Staying at the hotel - unable to view the menus before but they have a food court so I should be OK. Thank goodness we have a mini fridge - taking my cream cheese, cheese, pork rinds, drinks and water. Going to look online for some breakfast recipe ideas - hope I can make something I can make ahead and keep in the refrig. No microwave - so I will be very limited

Ready to start an exercise program - have several videos - but want to look for an ab machine (big problem area for me!!) So let the search begin.
