Have been off my diet since about September - got laid off & recently have been employed again! Yay!
Plan to start diet again in about two weeks, when I can financially afford going high protein / low carb. I find that works the best for me, and I feel better, also.
I notice that when I indulge in lots of carbs, especially breads and cookies, I really feel fatigued & "BLAH".
I look forward to starting my plan again, and doing more consistent exercise. The warming weather will help!
