Another Monday in the books. Even though I wasn't exactly motivated at first, I had a great workout this morning involving bike, TRX, and stairs. Also had a 50 minute walk at work. Been a great day with great beautiful sunny weather. Tomorrow's plan will be swim, maybe weights before, maybe not. Waiting to see if Omnix is fixed. If not, expungements, and/or SV' all day tomorrow.
