My alarm didn't go off like it was suppose to but I got up at 6:55. We didn't get started until about 7:20 so I only did 10 minutes on the elipitcal. I wanted 20 min but I NEEDED to do the weights today. I love that burn when it's working and I needed that today. Sounds like an excuse huh? I did the 10 min ab out 2.4 mph faster then I normally work though. I was proud of that. I will try harder to do the 20 min on the eliptical tomorrow. I know I can do it if I do my regular slower pace. I felt good about all the weights today thought. I did about 4 sets, 20 reps, on each machine and I was able to take the weight up on some of them. I feel good! Gotta pay bills and take the recycling today. The bills always stress me out, or I should say that my husband's reaction to them stresses me out. He never understands how almost all the money can be gone so quickly. Stuff is not cheap dang it!
