I just randomly discovered you and wanted to welcome you even though you've been here for awhile and made progress getting your weight down!
The nice weather will be here soon, don't worry. I get SADs during the darker months and live near Seattle, so all the rain keeps us indoors longer... Mood changes with the seasons and the sun is on the way!
I've just scrolled through your posts and I've gotta say, your food looks so delicious!
As far as exercise, outdoor stuff is only really viable for half the year (depending where you live), so get creative and find some indoor training you can do when the days are dark and cold.
You aren't alone here - I know from personal experience, a little push and encouragement will get the ball rolling and the momentum will be all on you. You can do it and there're a ton of wise old owls here... Ask questions; get answers! We all love talking about strategies and food, so jump in wherever something interests you and good luck!
