Morning snack: 1oz Cheerios 1oz Walnuts 15g sunflower seed kernels. 376 calories. Healthy fats, Omega 3s, Vitamins B1 B3 B6 B12 E, Folate, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Phosphorus, Selenium, Zinc. 1g added sugar. Eat smart. I have this EVERY DAY.
