@Sailor Vert turunya cepet sebulan baru diet udah 7kg padahal makan sesuai ama yg di target 1900 kalori huhuuuuu takut itu nggak baik,,,tapi pas aing tanya katanya metabolisme tubuh orang beda beda aing emang nggk makan tepung,minya Ama gula kecuali Minggu tp kdg kdg kalau mau ye makan haha
