Well I kinda fell off the wagon not on purpose mind you but i live on disability and grocery money is sooooo tight for me. By thelast 10 days of the month i stuck with whats left or what my mom cooks (we live together) and it is so hard to eat correctly. Anyway i weighed in and i was doing better than i thought i only gained 2.5 to 3 pounds back so i feel blessed about that and this month i shopped smarter so i would have more choices left at end of the month. Started back on diet yesterday after being off of it for 2to3 weeks. I love Atkins it is so easy to pic yourself up an start again.

Great Attitude. It isn't easy to keep the pantry stocked or the freezer full for the whole month I know I too struggle getting close to payday and really start looking for things. If you like things like canned tuna or even chicken, sometimes at Wal-Mart you can get a really good deal on these. Also, I buy a lot of meats that the grocery store has marked down and freeze them. I get really good buys that way. Also, like right now, Kroger has frozen veggies 10 for $10 so that helps. Keep your chin up and you will succeed!!
Have awonderful weekend.

Thanks so much!! It's nice to know others really understand what your going thru. You have a wonderful weekend also and I hope that the rain leaves long enough to get my vegetable garden planted...that will help alot also. Thanks for the great advice.
