Doing alright, I think to frequent of Atkins bars are causing a stall. I find a little higher BG level in the morning if I ate an Atkins bar late at night. I should not do that. I had a couple days where I wasn't sure I was in ketosis, but now I am sure that I am again, if I slipped out briefly. Still not getting any exercise. I think if I was I would be losing weight better. I should probably start counting my carbs again. I hope this stall ends soon.
