Its been 3 weeks since i started my calorie counting AGAIN ive been on different diets keto ect which made me fatter so i came off it and lost weight just from that , i got an opportunity to go on a holiday and see my son so im using it as an incentive (it really is helping to have a goal ) and calorie counting i swear by it works everytime as ling as i use this app , i dance hard after my nightshift even though i dont want to and im amazed ..the only thing is..i need to keep doing it after instead of relaxing and doing all the naughty things 😂 its amazing what we can achieve when we want to though :)
