It has been 3 weeks of stress and over indulgence because I was feeling unwell. My blood pressure went through the roof and the Doctor has put me back on meds. I am a bit upset at myself for indulging in some chips (fries), Potato crisps,samosas and sweets...None of which were I should have eaten and I did...Trust me I felt like a naughty child right after, I still feel bad. So I got the courage to get on the scales again and sure enough I have put back on 1 kilo... which was hard work to shed off. My friend has brought me T25 Alpha and asked that I give it a try since it worked for her. So I start back on the Fat Loss Laboratories Meal Plan again. This time no cheat days.
PS, I have been wondering how people kick the Sugar habit.... I have yet to know how to say No to toffees....Any ideas?
