I'm just up one, down one, up two, down one, down one. I guess this is the "maintaining" part and I should be thrilled with the fact that I'm actually MAINTAINING. Although, I have to admit (secretly shhhh) that I can't wait to get back to the drops. I notice that I'm not eating much differently since moving to P3 -- just more. I thought I'd be loving the CHEESE and fats -- but I don't really. Because when you log it all in... it isn't worth the calories. Once in awhile but not everyday. I'm missing me some fruit and plan on adding some back in moderation next week. The good news is that I joined a challenge to log my food everyday. I'm doing it. Not gonna get complacent this time.
