I am sorry to hear of your cancer - elevated PSA. My brother in law had same at your age. He had surgery and did very well. The hormone shots he found amazing as he had hot flashes- he would tell us “Menopause is calling” He would giggle. This was 20 years ago. And no evidence of disease = cancer free. You are in way better shape than he was. You got this!

wow!!! no you don't look like what you are going through but my God is able to bring you through it. I pray for your strength and endurance. 

I see elevated PSA in another comment. Husband had prostate cancer and surgery at a young age- early 40s. Get the best surgeon you can, one who has done tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of the robotic surgeries. It will be a night and day difference in your functionality (in many ways) and thus your quality of life. husband is cancer free almost 5 yrs. Praying for you. You look fantastic!-- Husband was also in best shape of his life when he was diagnosed-- it was a tough blow
