Another good week. Dropped 2.2 lb this week. Stuck to my eating plan and got some good workouts in. Monday thru Saturday I walked the dog about a mile per day and did a 30 minute workout every morning. I've been alternating between doing Power 90 on odd days and doing a Wii Fit workout on the even days. Sunday is hiking day and we went 4 miles yesterday. As I said, good week overall.
