What a pleasure to go to the doctor and have him tell you how proud he is of you! Although I didn't have bloodwork done this time, I weighed in and got my blood pressure checked, and he's thrilled with me. I am now actually looking forward to my next visit, in July, when I celebrate my one year anniversary on FS and this eating plan. I know my numbers will be even better, and I'm determined to take off at least another 10 pounds by then. And although I'm feeling as though this is a long slow process, my doctor thinks that 9 months and 55 pounds is just about perfect -- the right way to go about this. So hurray for me.
