I might take a treadmill break today..I need a day off, its gonna rain getting colder and even though both knees were replaced 3 yrs ago they hurt..lol Worked all day everyday this week..prepping food for the freezer & workin in the yard..next wk alot to do to get out all the yard stuff, pool stuff and get a garden ready...When ya stop moving is when you rust!
