Hey! Can I just ask, what is your daily allowance of calories? I’ve just started calorie deficit and it says 2100 cals a day which I think is very high?

Hi! I eat 2,000 calories a day and don't gain weight. 2,100 calories may be a deficit, I don't know, it all depends on your starting weight, desired weight, as well as height and age. Your calorie deficit can be calculated there are many websites for this
