holy cow, looking at diet calender for last two weeks I have went over my percentage points everyday except for 3. I have to do better if I want to reach my goal....... Starting today I will stay under 1200 calories this entire week. my exercise will be at least 1-1.5 hours of exercise a day. by doing this by my birthday which is in 3 weeks I hope to lose 10 pounds. That is quite a goal.
