Why I like balanced eating... birthday dinner for the wife at Bonefish grill and I had the Atlantic Salmon, a few bang bang shrimp and 2 Blue Moons, and was still at a deficit. But then splurged with a piece of coldstone creamery peanut butter playground birthday cake at about 550 cals... and only had 2600 cals! I don't feel guilty or anything!

Pretty sweet for 2 weeks! Keep reading the scooby nutrtion articles over and over. The more you understand, the more you will make better food choices to go along with the portion control you are already demonstrating.

Have a Bonefish not far from in off route 70 and a cold stone the opposite direction. Never ate there put did have ice cream from cold stone and couldn't even finish there waffle bowl. Glad dinner was enjoyable for the wife and you.
