Week 5 and its 1lb on ....my exercise ( walking ) was pretty good even with a 7 mile walk last Friday morning although my calorie count was up around 500 on weekly average . Im not too disheartened and to be honest i will just treat this week as week 1 all over again .My minor setback has just given me renewed determination for next weeks weigh in ... one other factor was my water intake was pretty near non existent this weekend where as duringthe week i down 2 to 3 litres per day ....gotta fix that ...Oh well onwards and downwards ...Hope everyone has a pleasant and rewarding week 👍
122.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
