DAY 3 was amazing - exceeded performance whoop whoop .... small victory = massive boost to confidence .....hoping for the same result today - we getting visitors tonight but I think I will manage coz my dinner is super yummy ;) ...how's things going Saige :D

Goal for the end of the year:

63 kg
approx 27.6 BF%

To date, my BF% has dropped by nearly 10% :D

Hi Girla So its day 4 today Congratulation!!!!!!!!!! on coming so far with you weightloss and BF% drop Whoop whoop !!! I'm also doing great , no cheats yet and best part is i don't crave anything , I was offered a muffin this morning and I said no thank you and she ask again and I said no thank you. Training tonight hard didn't train the way I wanted to last night , baby was restless just wanted to be in my arms ( teething stage) I made curry last night with 1 sweet potato and no rice - hubby wanted rotti but No hell did I make that. My goals for the rest of the year To not cheat this coming weekend and the next 3 weekends to reach 55kgs with more lean muscle Do a time of 3:30 in my cycling race (95km) on the 29Nov Look fab when I go for photo shoot with 2 friends on the 06Dec

Lol Ibi check my food journal - I am on a five day diet - which has now been extended thanks to Saige - haha I was also confused ;p so we have decided to start eating clean - no junk for 19 days

so no junk food for 19 days :) hectic, i like it....im changing my diet as well, need more carbs, strength gains are minimal at gym while body is in ketosis and constantly using ketones instead of glucose for energy really helps with weight loss but bulk muscle production is slower than what it would be with glucose sooooooooooooooo heres to u guys clean eating and to me more carbs (gonna have pasta for the first time in almost 3 months tomorrow omFuk cant wait)

Yes Ibiza we started on Monday 10Nov and end day is 30Nov, they say it takes 21days to get-rid of bad habits so I'm testing it .LOL today is day 4/21 so no cheats , and I have a challenge with you ibiza , with fati and someone else on fat secrete to keep it clean this weekend and the following weekends. I must yeso my goal weight that I made on fatsecrete is 30Nov and I have only 19days left so I must really stop messing up weekends if I want to reach it. And its cycling season I must get my nutrition right specially if I want a great time for my race on 30Nov. So I have a few challenges coming up the next few weekends till end 30Nov. Kiddies birthday party now on Saturday, then the weekend of 22-23 we going away , then weekend of 29Nov Baby shower. so I'm really going to plan taking meals with or buying only healthy stuff even if I must eat fruit instead.
