Made it to the gym at 7:30 and stayed for 1.5 hours even though my ipod was dead. It definitely made my work-out more difficult, but I'm glad I stuck with it. I am pulling a double today, so there will be many more temptations to face: french fries, mac & cheese, blue cheese. I have lots of good food to pack to keep me satisfied.
