I’m so discouraged! I’ve been carefully logging food and staying in my limits. After almost a week of flatlining weight, the scale went up not down!
75.5 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It can be VERY discouraging to not see immediate results for our hard labors! Even more frustrating when a week goes by and still no reward. Hang in there. Find a "non-food" way to reward yourself for the short-term victories while you wait for the long-term ones to arrive.
