Put the first day of low inflammatory diet into action. Will take some getting used to - green smoothies are never going to be my favorite. Today, will be off the wagon. In the office and Cigar Mojo event this evening. Will try to keep it reasonable. Made it to the 6am workout in Pville. Modified for me -- one circuit of each type and balance hitting elliptical. Stamina on the elliptical is getting better. Shoulder tear is annoying, so tempted to push it which would be a very bad idea. State of mind is good. Sleep is still weak. Went to bed close to midnight last night - up at 3:30 to go to the bathroom. Then up again 445 as my internal alarm clock kicked in. Need to find a way to get 6 hours straight.
