Here I go again!!! I have put on 18kg and have let my weight get the better of me. I had an excuse of a back operation and quit smoking but it's been too long to use them as excuses. I need to exercise, cut down on my love of social drinking and my portion sizes are massive. I need to do this and this time I will!!! Bring on the first kilo off!!!
