Monday has been a good day. I had a great workout, with stair climbing intervals, and great weights too. Even got a 45 minute walk in at work while getting lots of work done too. I will really enjoy my walk this afternoon because it is sunny and warm. To top it off, one of my very favorite dinners tonight of talapia and shrimp. Michael's dinner is easy and ready to go so easy breazy preperation. I am thankful for a gym that is open always. M is trying LC, TH for Jim for encouraging him. TF for having M at home with me. TF for huge flexibility at work.
