End of week 3 down another pound and still eating well ...not as much water intake so have to rectify that and get out in the fresh air more this week and up my steps ....Hav a Good One ..
122.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
