Five days in, and I've been very careful to stay in my calorie allowance. We'll see how long that lasts! I am proud of myself for staying under the limit even though I've done a food-centered social thing each day. Weight took a dip, but most of that was shedding indulgence weight from last weekend. I expect the number will go up a bit or plateau for a while. That's when it's hardest to stay on track.
