Waist: S 117.5, L 109, N 107 (-2), T -10.5cm BMI: Start 38.72 Obese, Now 33.71 Obese Eight weeks in to Fast800 and stoked with the results. Getting closer to seeing double digits on the waist measurement, phew! NSVs: clothes sizes are decreasing, energy levels are far higher, enjoying cooking & baking again, completely off the energy & soft drinks, sleeping better, and generally happier in my own skin. Have been closer to Fast900/1000 to meet protein levels as a vegetarian... result! Fast800/TRE Facebook groups and FatSecret have helped hugely, as well as binge watching Dr. Mindy Pelz on YouTube. 😁 Just keep swimming, just keep swimming peeps. 🐠
