I am having a bad day. I have been of sugar and unhealthy snacks for two months today and the cravings decided to come and play. So I also had to stop at a sweetie shop for stuff for my son's birthday. So I had to be strong. It is so hard but after loosing 11.5kg in these two months I really do not want to go backwards again.

And havings a little cheat is NOT going to help because sugar addiction is not joke. It is worse than drugs.

Well done you for staying strong! 💪🏼 Those days happen and they are very rough... I'm a complete sugar/carb addict so I know how hard those cravings are to resist sometimes 😖
