I need help! I wish i could do this on my own, but I can't. I weighed in this morning at 157 pounds. I have less than 4 weeks - 23 days to be exact - to lose as much weight as I can. My goal to be down to 145 by then, but I don't think that is going to happen. My clothes are falling off of me, but i refuse to go buy new clothes until I lose all of the weight i need to lose. I don't want to go buy new clothes, and then they not fit me in 2 weeks...it's wastefull.

So, I need someone to help me. Someone who is posibly on messenger durring the day that can kick me in the butt, and make sure that I am sticking to my diet and not snacking...someone who will get onto me for not working out, someone who is strick (not mean, just strick). I really need someones help. I have less than 4 weeks, and I want to loose at least be down to 150 - that is a very reasonable number.

If anyone can help me, comment on this, send me a message, or add me to your messenger, my yahoo messanger name is brittanyestepp.

Even if you do not have messanger, I need someone that I can at least talk to a few time a week, that will keep me in check.

in the morning I wake up and have alot of motivation and do my workout and feel really good...i do good until about 2:00 and then i start snacking and pretty much just give up on my diet...i will do bad the rest of the day until the next morning when i wake up and do good until 2 again...it's a never ending cycle...i just need help with not snacking.

Auntto4, I am on your Buddy list. If I could slap your hand for you I would. lol I believe YOU can do this. You can find different ways to still snack and lose. If you do the same thing over and over we get the same results. That's called trying to have the best of both worlds. If we want to lose? We can't keep eating like the bad old days. Rules. Yup, you need to commit to what you say. How? I don't know what you are snacking on, but if they are bad choices. Kiss them goodbye. Even healthy choices have to be portioned. If you want to avoid snacks or cut back. YOU have all the Control. Food doesn't jump in our mouths. If Jillian was with you watching you snack? Would you keep eating? Or wait until she left? The answer is no one but YOU can do this for you. BUT we are all here to help you as much as possible. You are stronger than you know. NOOOOOOOO more snacks today! I am here ALOT. Feel free to write anytime. : )
