I need help! I wish i could do this on my own, but I can't. I weighed in this morning at 157 pounds. I have less than 4 weeks - 23 days to be exact - to lose as much weight as I can. My goal to be down to 145 by then, but I don't think that is going to happen. My clothes are falling off of me, but i refuse to go buy new clothes until I lose all of the weight i need to lose. I don't want to go buy new clothes, and then they not fit me in 2 weeks...it's wastefull.
So, I need someone to help me. Someone who is posibly on messenger durring the day that can kick me in the butt, and make sure that I am sticking to my diet and not snacking...someone who will get onto me for not working out, someone who is strick (not mean, just strick). I really need someones help. I have less than 4 weeks, and I want to loose at least be down to 150 - that is a very reasonable number.

Even if you do not have messanger, I need someone that I can at least talk to a few time a week, that will keep me in check.
