It's been a long while.. Last November I had about 61kg and now.. 🤪 That's a nice demonstration about what "ordinary food" can do to your body, including grains, Christmas cookies, chocolate and chips! Next week I'm back to my fat free protocols for 4 weeks! I'll be starting with a mono cleanse, the 369 liver rescue cleanse and some anti bug cleanses (one after the other). I can eat as much as I want, but my weight will drop automatically again and my body will be happy and healthy 💕
