Kebetulan beli almond panggap di toped Resepnya simpel : Rolled oat 50 gr Chia seed 10 gram Herbalife susu 15 gr Gojiberry 10 gram Campur air secukupnya simpan kulkas, buat malam pagi makan. Pakai Herbalife kebetulan ada sisa stock 😁
