Slower weight loss because I went off the rails/wagon this week.
Seven hours of sleep with no wide awake episodes and vivid dreams. I drank two cups of weak coffee yesterday instead of four.
Morning plank and ten minutes first thing in the morning on the Air Walk Trainer to burn off glycogen.
Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want) because I went nuts shopping at Kroger Thursday and for Halloween.

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The reason I mention dreams is as a primitive indicator of REM sleep - until I get a cheap and accurate sleep tracker, anyway.

Good going. Off the rails/wagon this week and still getting a loss is a victory. Great dream bill. Meeting George Harrison even in a dream would definitely make my day.
