My weight is slowly going back down. Looking at my chart I can see my birthday and the three Christmas celebrations. Oh and the super bowl. I’m back on track.
57.0 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
