I ate to much and didn't move enough, plus I barely slept, but still I lost 400 gramms, so I hope that's how it's going to be for the rest of the week hahaha.
I guess thats stress...
68.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
