The yoga DVD I have is called Living Arts Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason. I bought it years ago before I had my first child so I could get in shape before pregnancy but ended up getting pregnant the first month of trying so I haven't ever done it. The DVD is set up so you can watch a group of 4 working out at different fitness levels or choose the individual that is doing the fitness level you prefer. I'm doing the slightly modified level until I get a little more balance!! It still makes me use muscles I haven't used in years...if ever!! I'm going to try to stick with it. 45 min- Mon-Wed-Fri. I feel like my belly is already tighter after 2 times!
