Being in bed going on 6 weeks has but a damper on my weight goal and has caused me to lose alot of muscle tone. I started doing bed exercises, which looked really silly on the YouTube video, but after doing them, I was sore, so I guess it's doing something. I'm hopeful that 2022 is the year I get my eating habits under control. Only I can do the work!
