Well I was doing so well and then last night I totaly blew it. I had candy and popcorn! What was I thinking? I surely paid for it though because I could'nt sleep from all the dang sugar I ate.. So today starts a new day! I'm not going to beat myself up over it, I'm just going to move forward..
