Clinicals are over! Thank ford! I can get into a more consistent routine now with both my eating and exercise. Clinical days always threw me off big time. I didn't exercise today, too tired, came home and took about a five hour nap! I'll run tomorrow. Plus it's getting cold outside, yucky!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
