It turns out that I didn't gain or lose weight this week. A couple of things might have played a part in this. For instance, I went out to eat a lot this weekend because my family was down visiting me and then the after the last performance, the director of the show I was in took the cast out for Chinese buffet. As horrible as that was for my calorie counting, it was SO WORTH IT. Hopefully, I can lose what I was supposed this week, next week.
