yes it is high in sugar but dont get me wrong, yakult contains lots of probiotics that has been tested for its ability to improve digestion and yeah basically good for ur gut health (cmiiw). so imo, it's okay to consume everything in moderation😉 but i'd say there are so many better options for probiotic sources such as yogurt, kombucha, or even kimchi.
